The big redeveloping investment project at the site of the former Athens airport in Hellinikon is expected to begin by fall this year, Deputy Economy Minister Stergios Pitsiorlas told public broadcaster ERT on Saturday.
“The Games Committee will meeting soon for the casino license. We will have the bulldozers in in October,” he said.
Asked about the future of two Greek shipyards, Skaramangas and Neorion, he said the court has cleared the way to start restructuring the former, while soon there will be developments about the latter.
