Government Vice President and Economy Minister Yiannis Dragasakis presented the three government targets for exiting memoranda in his address to the Delphi World Economic Forum on Saturday.
The three targets are:
1. Exit the memoranda and supervision without prior actions or conditions.
2. Be able to refinance our debt after it has been regulated by the markets.
3. Have our own program. A programme that we have planned. A programme that Greece has the responsibility and commitment to realize.
Dragasakis also dismissed the precautionary credit line because, as he said, it postpones the problem.
